Delos provides solutions for indoor air purifiers. These purifiers are based on disinfectant filtration technology. Its purifier mainly targets air pollutants like particulate matter and volatile organic compounds in the air.

I manage three teams (around 20 engineers) that are basically responsible for the core purchase journey in Tokopedia's Marketplace, including the action when the user starts to add the products to the cart until the user completes the payment. My teams are heavily involved in improving and maintaining the reliability, resiliency, and security of the purchase journey and also providing flexible support for dynamic business use cases.

Key achievements:
- Decrease MTTA by 100% by delivering smart and advanced alerting system
- Set and maintain high standard for success rate and latency; increase the success rate by 0.3% and decrease the latency by 40%
- Reduce the occurrence of full downtime on purchase journey to 0; helps us to cut major financial loss
- Embrace data security and privacy in system design by working closely with Data Privacy and Protection and IT Security team
- Acted as Tech PIC for GoTo strategic initiatives e.g. Tokopedia Plus (GoTo Subscription) and Tokopedia x Go Food; that responsible to plan and execute the technical design and architecture
- Enabled 30+ integrations to support key initiatives Now!, GoTo payment integration, Bundling, Gifting, etc
- Pioneered the system design of Bebas Ongkir in purchase funnel; which nowadays Bebas Ongkir contribute most of Tokopedia marketplace order
- Re-architected wishlist page; reduced wishlist data storage usage by 80%
- Re-organize current tribe structure to support business needs and member growth
- Guide potential engineers to reach their maximum potential, either as an individual contributor or as a lead / manager
